He is survived by: his wife Denise (Kellogg); his children, Karen Shephard, Claire Burnett (Matt) and Douglas; his grandchildren, Megan, Mia, Caleb Shephard, James, Amira and Zoey Burnett; and his siblings, Chuck and Kathy Carr (Tom). He is also survived by many cousins, several Aunts.
