He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Scram and Rachel Scram (Gee); his wife Maxine Scram; his son-in-law Mark Hancsak; and his grandchildren, Leslie and Roy Caldwell.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Hancsak, Lance Scram (Katherine) and Wendy Tracy (Rob); his grandchildren, Tim Bilbey (Carmela), Chloe Tracy, Zachary Scram, Brendan Tracy, Shannon Scram and Melanie Scram; his great grandchildren, Shaylynn Green, Sarah Green and Ryleigh Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Joan Vore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
