She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Moe and Geneva Moe (Vanderlaan); her former husband Charles Stout; her sons, Clifford Stout and Douglas Stout; and her siblings, Glen Moe, Earl Moe and June Luce.
She is survived by: her husband Darrel Harper; her children, Lewis Stout (Nancy), Darva Borowka (Bill), Edward Stout (Jamie), Kari Oliver (Daryl), Mark Harper (Michelle) and David Harper; and her siblings, Ilene Boho, Arden Moe (Shelley), Wayne Moe (Diann), Ed Luce, Ruth Mcnitt, Patricia Moe and Carolynn Raymond. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, a private immediate family service will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 11:00 a. m. at Pederson Funeral Home.
