He is survived by: his wife Carla (Gianoli); his children, Shawn, Robert Michael (Deanna) and Kurtis (Kim); his siblings, Edd, Jerry and Diane Allen (Gordy); his stepsister Diana Barwacz; his nephew Adam Smith (Tina); his nieces, Janet Korcal (John) and Dawn Smith; his sisters-in-law, Vanessa McDonell (Bob), Lisa Wagner (Romey) and Andrea Kulas (Mike); and the mother of his children Kathleen Smith (Oberhofer).
