She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jack and Gertrude Jack (Dennison); her children, Patricia Jean, Pamela Elaine, Wayne Franklin and Daniel Michael; and her brother Richard.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian, Katie, Essie (Megan) of Charles, C. J., Derek, Scott and Joshua; her siblings, Julie Heiss (Michael) and James Jack; and her pet Chaunsey. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
