He is survived by: his children, Mandy Fisk (Rob), Kelly Price, Christina Van Wagner and Michael Van Wagner Jr.; his grandchildren, Zachary Sissell, Chelsey Sissell, Chad Sissell (Madelyn), Aryanna Price, Andreas Price, Amarea Price, Katie Van Wagner, Hayley Armstrong (David, Sr.) and Kayla Casebolt (Brodey); and his siblings, Deborah Peacock, Jacklyn Bassett (Ron) and John Van Wagner (Pat).
