She was predeceased by: her parents, Doe Anderson and Lucille Anderson (Toliver); her daughter Linda Webb; her grandchildren, Quentin Webb, Ante Webb and David Baker; and her siblings, Dee Anderson, Dorothy Anderson, Pearl Hall, Robert Anderson, Lawrence Anderson and Alfonso Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Johnson (Gerald), Lawrence Webb, Jr., Brenda Lindsey (Robert), Edward Webb, Donna Whitfield, James Baker (Janice) and Michelle Palmer; her brother James McNeary; her uncle Tony Toliver; and her niece Joyce Rhoades (Anita Webb). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren.
