Lavonne Elizabeth Rehfus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavonne Elizabeth Rehfus of Howard City, Michigan, who passed away on May 17, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Ackerman and Thelma Ackerman (Rolston); her brothers, Bert Ackerman and Steven Ackerman; her son-in-law Daniel Hagstrom; and her siblings-in-law, Sheri Rehfus, Pat Rehfus, Catherine Riggs, Mary Louise Caylor, Bob Rehfus and Bill Rehfus.
She is survived by: her significant other Paul Rehfus; her children, Paula Hagstrom, Alan Rehfus and Steven Rehfus (Taunya); her grandchildren, Josh Hagstrom (Brandi), Danielle Saxton (Brad), Zachary Rehfus (Rae Matthews), Miranda Schneider (Alex), Mikayla Schank (Austin) and McKenzy Rehfus (Colin Belleville); her great grandchildren, Paige, Harper, Wesley, Claire, Bodie, Braden and Ellisynn; and her siblings-in-law, Norene Ackerman, Joyce Ackerman, Jack Rehfus, Joe Rehfus and Mary Rehfus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be given to the Knights of Columbus c/o Christ the King Catholic Church in Howard City.
