She is survived by: her son Michael Constantine (Kelsey); her grandchildren, Emmary Constantine and Lucas Constantine; her parents, Cynthia Robbins (Ralph Brewer) and Michael Constantine Sr.; her siblings, Kristy Slot, Bob Marsh and Amy Marsh; her nieces, Sarah VanMaldegen (Curt) and Megan Bloemendale (Lance); her nephew James Slot; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rian, Henry, Harrison, Grayson and Scarlett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be given to Spectrum Health Hospice.
