She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Stevens and Anna Stevens (Hollenbeck); her husband Richard Clouse; and her children, Diane Clouse and Mark Clouse.
She is survived by: her son Tim Clouse; her daughter-in-law Pam Clouse; her grandchildren, Adam Clouse, Al Clouse, Chad Cramer and Stefanie Matzen; her great grandchildren, Cierra Rose, Hunter Clouse, Melody Matzen, Mike Matzen, Audrey Cramer and Ivy Cramer; and her great great grandchild Raelee Clouse.
