Joan Marie Ross Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2021, at the age of 84, Joan Marie Ross of Howard City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Wagner and Inez Wagner (Reister); her husband Richard Vande Panne; and her sister Jane Kromer. She is survived by: her children, Kim Vande Panne, Kirk Vande Panne (Shelly), Kris Vande Panne (Jerri), Kelly Gaiten (Rich) and Kerri Osborn (Kevin Blohm); her siblings, Deb Schoo, Barb Rickert and Jim Wagner (Glenda); and her brother-in-law Dave Kromer. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; approximately 100 foster children.
