He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert DeZwaan and Patricia DeZwaan; his grandmother Shepard; his aunt Mary Lou Shepard; his brothers-in-law, Karl Winske and Steven Fowler; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Sharon Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Steven (Tabatha) and Gregory (Amber); his grandsons, Richard and Luke; his siblings, Paul (Shelly), Paula Hunt (John) and Lorraine Tait; and his siblings-in-law, Victoria Winske and John Fowler (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
