With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Alberta Schnicke of Howard City, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Kohler and June Kohler (Arndt). She is survived by: her children, Doug Schnicke, Michele Schnicke and David Schnicke; her grandchildren, Brandon Porter, Matthew Schnicke (Amber), Andrew Schnicke (Michelle), Sarah Schnicke, Julie Schnicke, Megan Brown (Cory), Diesel Rose, Jordan Schnicke (Valerie), Zachary Schnicke, Jillian Haverstock (Chris) of David and Marie "Boo" Schnicke; her siblings, William Kohler (Meshelle), Robert Kohler and Karen Moyer (Al Allison); her siblings-in-law, Amel Schnicke (Susan) and Sherry Pawson (Thomas); her close friend Terrie Christian; her friends, Just Connie, Irv Cass and Leo; her parents-in-law, Eugene and Viola Bouwkamp; and her sisters-in-law, Jeannie Larson and Yvonne Anderson. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be given to Spectrum Health Hospice.
