He is survived by: his children, Lisa Dekruyter, Michael (Terri) and Karen Larsen; his grandchildren, Joshua Jack, Jacob Jack, Catherine Larsen, Christopher Larsen and Marianne Flores (Alex); his great grandchild Aria Yvonne Flores; and his brother Richard Larsen (Diane). He is also survived by many other friends and family.
