He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Mari Bullard-Black, James Ronald Bullard Jr. and Shawn Sayle; his siblings, Judy Rosenow, Cheryl Nelson, Debbie Johnson, Vicky Watson, Pete VanBeelen (Cindy) and Dennis Gates; and his close friends, Rick Jines and Jay Morton (Sheila). He is also survived by several brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
