It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Jean Van Dyke (Howard City, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Beverly Gorzynski (Hall), Marie LaVonne Hall (Myers), Bonita Melin (Myers) and William Myers; her mother-in-law Edna Van Dyke; her brother-in-law Peter Van Dyke; her nephew John Gorzynski; her son-in-law Richard Bierling; her granddaughter Kristine Marie Lytle; and her great grandchild Andrew Josiah Bierling.
She is survived by: her uncle Walter; her aunt Lucile Myers (Bosley); her husband Martin J. Van Dyke; her children, Mary, Martin Jr. (Sharon), Steven (Mary), Michael (Melissa) and Daniel (Heather); her cousin Ralph Eugene Labelle; and also, Bernice Van Dyke and Nancy Myers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
