She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Kalinowski and Katarzyna Kalinowski (Rudnicka); her husband Tadeusz Kowalczyk; and her sons-in-law, Joseph O'Halloran and Edward Kentgen.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Kowalczyk (Laura), Barbara O'Halloran, Krystyna Kowalczyk-Kentgen and Helen Molloy (James). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
