He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Manning (Monroe); his children, Laura Belt, Randy Manning (Toni), Michael Manning (Anh) and Matthew Manning; his grandchildren, Melanie Moore, Michaela Lytle, Heidi Manning, Heather Simo (Jon), Hannah Griego (Chris), Samuel Manning, Derrick Manning, Sarah Manning, Isabelle Manning, Keith Manning (Jessica) and Christopher Manning; his great grandchildren, Alexandria Biebel, Kai Simo and Koda Simo; his brother Earl Manning (Joan); and his siblings-in-law, Herbert Monroe, Jr., Roger Monroe (Genevieve), Dean Monroe (Tina), Bonnie Haug and Dawn Monroe. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
