He is survived by: his wife Cathy Welch (Yaw); his children, Kerry Welch (Kat), Christal Robles, Angela Welch (John Dulyea) and Tim Welch (Sarah); his grandchildren, Lucian, Aaron, Victor, Troy, Travis, Traci, Trista, Gabriella, Jaclyn, Alyvia, Timothy and Sadie; his great grandchild Ny'Omi; and his siblings, Kay Felde, Beth Welch and Bobby Welch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
