He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cook; his children, Kim Cook, Tonia Parkhurst, Kristi Cook and Christopher VanAst; his grandchildren, Alex, Aiden, Lauren, Sam Kennedy, Crystal Abernathy (Josh), C. J., Courtney and Collin Parkhurst (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Jada, Ryan, Maddox and Coraline.
