He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Caspary and Hazel Casey Caspary. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Magill Caspary; and his children, Michele Bunker and Mark Caspary. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, 3 sisters and their spouses, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Stephen's name to the charity of one's choice.
