She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Ray Coombs and Cecelia Mae Coombs (Swindell). She is survived by: her daughters, Lynette Perrymond and Amanda Casanova; her grandchildren, James, Kylie, Jazell, Carter, Ben and Layla; and her siblings, Elizabeth A. Hopper (Timothy), Ronald R. Coombs (Kari), Robert L. Coombs (Kathy), Richard Coombs and John E. Coombs (Sarah).
