She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Somero and Mildred Somero; her siblings, Maria Somero and Matthew Somero (Mickey); and her great grandchild Dahlia Rose.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her husband Larry Korpi; and her sister Patricia Kaczor (Alan). She is also survived by her 22 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
