He is survived by: his wife Donna Wade; his children, Jason Wade, Chris Wade (Tiffany), Brandy Wade, Kelly Canfield (Pete) and Jimmy Godfried (Tracie); his grandchildren, Tony, Andrea, Hailey, Trevor, Jessica, Megan and Hunter; his brothers, Don Wade (Theresa), Ron Wade (Karen) and Pete WadeHis (Masako); his nieces and nephews, Alicia McEllis (Todd), Connor Wade and Dallas Wade; and his in-laws, Joe Siller, Mark, Nancy Tinsley, Gail Baima (John), Tina Klosky, Margie Bevel and Jim.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Houghton Football Association, Range VFW or American Legion in Hancock in memory of Jim.
