He was predeceased by: his parents, David McAdam and Mildred McAdam (Lindala); his wife Mary Catherine Curtis; and his sisters, Mary Ann and Debbie.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Mike, David and Stacey.
As to follow Dave's wishes to always try and help another person he was able to make a last donation to the Gift of Life Michigan.
