It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Tretheway of Houghton, Michigan, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Tretheway. She is survived by: her children, Marty Tretheway (Denise) of Estero, FL and Janet Prahler (David) of The Villages, FL; and her grandsons, Steven Tretheway and David Tretheway. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
For a more lasting memory, donations in Bernice's name can be made out to either St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Lakeshore Excellence Foundation, Lincoln Township Public Library, or Sarett Nature Center.
