Though Thomas may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dr. Harold Niekamp; and his pet Tucker. He is survived by: his parents, Peter Niekamp (Wendy Cunningham) of Houghton Lake and Kristina Niekamp (Toms) of Houghton Lake; his brother Jacob Niekamp; and his grandparents, Janet Toms of Houghton Lake, Douglas Toms (Kay) of Prudenville and Rita Niekamp of Houghton Lake. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 4168 W Houghton Lake Dr, Houghton Lake, MI 48629.
In-lieu of flowers memorial contributions are asked to be directed to the Thomas Niekamp Scholarship Fund through the Roscommon County Community Foundation.
