She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Otterson and Eileen Mary Otterson (Lane); and her siblings, Maureen Otterson, Coral Hutira and Larry Otterson.
She is survived by: her husband Billy "Dean" Mowery; her children, David Mowery of New Baltimore and Michelle Miller of Brighton; and her granddaughter Abigail Grace Mowery.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, masks covering the mouth and nose will be required, social distancing will be observed, and the funeral home capacity is limited to 25 people at any given time.
