He is survived by: his wife Diana VanSickle of Houghton Lake; his children, Rebecca Huber (Steve) of Oregon, David Rice (Wanda) of Kentucky and Deb Scholten (Darrin) of Holland; his grandchildren, Darrin Ray Scholten II (Sarah), Deban Michael Scholten (Joanna), Drew Robert Scholten (Allison), Kyle Robert Huber, Jordan Matthew Huber and Kaylee Arynn Rice; his great grandchildren, Braylee Joy Scholten, Darrin Ray Scholten III, Naomi Florencia Scholten, Gabriel Jay Scholten and Oliver Ray Scholten; and his sister Rev. Kathleen J. VanSickle.
