He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Blanchard and Betty Blanchard (Aldrich); and his brother-in-law Frank Dodea. He is survived by: his children, Janie Goyette (Gene) of St. Clair, Scott Blanchard (Debbie) of Florida and Tom Blanchard (Nicole) of Houghton Lake; his sisters, Barb Dodea and Brenda Miller (Carl); and his close friend Judi Windle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
