He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Ann Bismark (Smith); his daughter Bonnie Leiner; his stepchildren, Tammy Balyo, Tricia Rodebaugh (Anthony) and Timothy Lord (Esther); his grandchildren, Richard Leiner (Nadine) and Michelle LaFreniere; and his brother Charles Bismark (Nina). He is also survived by 3 Step Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren, 12 Step Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
