He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Church of Houghton Lake; his children, Veralyn Rogers, William Tarrant (Toni) of Houghton Lake and Richard H. Tarrant Jr. (Angie) of Millington; and his siblings, Virginia Schols (Jim), George Tarrant (Betty) of Montrose and Jack Tarrant (Irene) of Saginaw.
