He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Arendt; his parents, Ruth Schultz (Witzke) and Arthur Arendt; his stepfather Richard Schultz; and his granddaughter Samantha Arendt.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Arendt (Terri Lynn) of Manistee and Stacie Arendt of Fowlerville; his granddaughters, Sydney Hernandez (Miguel) of Pensacola, FL, Annika Arendt of Manistee and Caelynn Checchi of Fowlerville; and his stepchildren, Sarah Allen of Potterville and Rodney Stark of Lansing.
