He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Thomas (Roger), Michele Hoffman (Steve) and Emily Mulnix (Brandon); the mother of his children DeAnna Schafer; his siblings, JoAn, Edna, Loretta, Adeline, Fred, Louis and Edwin; his grandchildren, Melanie Zalis (Josh), Karl, Alexander, Gabriel Thomas, Ellie, Levi Hoffman, Lily and Silas Mulnix; and his significant other Deb Grencz.
