He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Stephan (Dorothy Irene Leuffgen) and Dorothy; and his son Thomas Miles Stephan (Pamela Ann Millick Stephan). He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sister Janice Stephan of Fenton; and his grandchildren, Travis and Addison Stephan of South Lyon.
