He is survived by: his sister-in-law Donnie (David Muzzall); his wife Rhonda Tiepel of Houghton Lake; his children, Eric Tiepel (Debbie) of Roscommon and Amanda Tiepel of Houghton Lake; his grandchildren, Thomas, Audrey and Alex; and his sister Glenny Tiepel of Houghton Lake. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
