Patrick D. Chupp Obituary

Patrick David Chupp, age 66, of Houghton Lake, peacefully passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 in Clare, Michigan.

Patrick was born in Midland, Michigan, on April 22, 1958, to parents Joyce and Joan Chupp. He graduated high school from Midland Dow and enlisted in the Marine Corp where he spent the next six years.

Pat is preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Jean Chupp.

Pat is survived by his son Zachary (Dawni) of Arizona, daughter Anna (John) of Ohio, stepdaughter Melissa (Jay) Carpenter of Houghton Lake, stepdaughter Krystal (Tucker) Chupp of Marquette, sister Cathy (David) Williams of Clare, brother Mike (Kathy) Chupp of Midland, grandchildren Lily and Arlo Chupp, Aunt Karen Schaar of Midland and many other special loving family members.

The family would like to give their sincere thanks to Medilodge of Clare and Compassus Hospice Services for their excellent care and compassion while Pat was in their care.

Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a future time. Arrangements are being held by Lee-Ramsey Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan.
