It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Bell (Houghton Lake, Michigan), born in Hemlock, Michigan, who passed away on January 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouses, John Viola and Donald L. Bell; her siblings, Hazel Flauding (Weymouth), Pauline Allswede (Wenton), Frances Krupka, Dolores Dahl, Ruth Heintz (Welsh), Ruby Layman (Hoagland), Betty Jean Bernard, Harold Dahl and Martin Dahl; and her parent-in-law LeRoy.
She is survived by: her friend Genevieve McKeage; her father-in-law Roy; her son John "Jack"; her grandson Troy Goodyear; and her children, Donna L. Goodyear (Greg) of Prudenville, Diane E. Bell of Saginaw, James A. Viola (Joanne) of Magnolia, TX, John M. Viola (Judy) of Hemlock and Jerry L. Bell (Linda) of The Villages, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; her favorite baby sister, Eunice Kotcher of South Bend, IN; several nieces and nephews.
