He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Ward and Margaret Ward (Dougherty); and his brother John Ward. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bowen; his daughter Tammy Frisbie (Dave); his grandsons, Zach Gerdes (Danielle) and Ethan Gerdes; his great grandchildren, Finley, Ginny, Colum, Delaney, Miriam, Eli and Simeon; and his nephew Payton Ward. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Michael's name to Hospice of Michigan or to the Prudenville Knights of Columbus Council No. 6548.
