He was predeceased by: his parents, Kostanty Lukaszewski and Angeline Lukaszewski (Bembas); his stepchildren, James Early and Faye Thompson; and his brother Fred Lukaszewski.
He is survived by: his wife Constance Ellen Johnston of Houghton Lake; his children, Timothy Lukaszewski of Hudson, FL and Lynne Verselis (Vytas) of Harrington Park, NJ; his stepchildren, Barbara Stuart (Bernie) of Sanford, Theresa Ciaravino (Dominic) of Macomb, Ellen Early-Schmitz of St. Clair Shores and Gary Early of Detroit; his sisters, Teresa Armand of Shelby Twp and Donna Adams of San Rafael, CA; and his sister-in-law Carol Lukaszewski of Petoskey.
