He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Parsell and Freda Parsell (Shirey); and his brothers, Herby, Karl and Kenny.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Joann Mandelka of Houghton Lake; and his children, Linda Haynes (Garnet) of Carlton, Leona Straub (Kenny) of Milan, Thomas Parsell (Mary) of Houghton Lake and Lawrence P. Parsell (Barbara) of Houghton Lake. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
