She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Witte and Wilhelmina Witte (Minnie); her husband Alvin Neumann; her children, Joy Schellhas (Edward), Daniel Neumann (Sue), Janine Bock, David Neumann and Julie Neumann; her grandchildren, Rev. Aaron Schellhas (Leeann), Heidi Decker (Adam), Hannah Slavik (Bryce), Benjamin Neumann (Kirsten), Mary Neumann (Jesse Brodak), Bradley Neumann, Dawn Bock, Douglas Bock (Tiffany), Dana Bock (Cassandra), Douglas Carlton, Nicholas Carlton, Ashley Carlton and James Brouwer; and her siblings, Robert Witte (Barbara) of East Lansing, Bernice Wait (G. Fred) of Jackson, Kathleen Hartley (Walter) of Decatur and Marilyn Leavens (Leonard) of Pinconning.

Due to her inability to leave the nursing home, as well as pandemic restrictions, she was not able to attend his funeral with the immediate family.
