He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace J. Jakubiak and Anne M. Jakubiak (Kasparek). He is survived by: his brother Wally; his sister-in-law Corinne; his brother Wallace Jakubiak (Corinne) of Detroit; and his close friends, Dave and Cindy Russo of Houghton Lake. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his brothers.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, masks covering the mouth and nose will be required, social distancing will be observed, and the funeral home capacity is limited to 20 people at any given time, including the time of the service.
