He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mika and Helen Mika (Polheber); and his siblings, Barbara Tetil, Richard and James.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Gest of Roseville; his children, Andrea Mika of Metairie, LA and Stephen Mika (Sarah) of Belmont, MI; his grandsons, Max, Charlie and Ben; and his siblings, Lorraine Kurtansky (Chuck) of Fenton, Linda Anklam of Port St, John Mika of Decker and Robert Mika (Romina) of Tacoma, WA.
