She was predeceased by: her parents, Kris VanHorck and Anna VanHorck (Waltman); and her husband Anton Kozole. She is survived by: her children, Anna Woodworth of Houghton Lake, Elizabeth Cuevas of Traverse City and Joseph Kozole of Charlevoix; and her sister Weizke Boyen. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
