We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2019, at the age of 58, Douglas Dankert (Houghton Lake, Michigan), born in Clare, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Herbert C. Dankert Sr.; and his siblings, Patricia Dankert and Dennis A. Dankert. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Dankert Sr. (Apps); his children, Sean Dankert (Sara) of Texas and Meaghan Dankert of Houghton Lake; his grandchildren, Seth, Koeben, Conner, Kaiden, Genevieve "GiGi", Kendall and Katy Woodring of Houghton Lake; his siblings, Herbert Dankert Jr. (Crystal) of Prudenville, Daniel Dankert (Deb) of Prudenville, Keith Dankert (Tammy) of Prudenville and Francene France (Doug) of Prudenville; and his sister-in-law Kathy Dankert of Prudenville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
