She is survived by: her children, Dan Mainprize (Michelle), Deb Blackney (Chuck), Sue Mainprize and Ed Mainprize (Karen); and her grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Melissa Mainprize, Alan Blackney, Chad Blackney, Ben, Vanessa Boynton, David, Stephen and Phillip Mainprize. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
