He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Kuzava (Christina), Blake Kuzava (Brandie) and Bryan Kuzava; his grandchildren, Noah, Gabe, Chloe, Jaxson, Avery, Greyson and Liam; and his siblings, Denise Campbell (Dennis), Renee Hobson (Jerry), Matthew Kuzava (Lana), Frank G. Kuzava, Joan Freebold (Stuart), Dorothy Kuzava, Cheryl Kaufmann (Scott) and Keith Kuzava.
