He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Harper and Loretta Harper (Zimmerman); and his siblings, Raylene, Don and LouAnn.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Smiatowicz; his children, Pam, Pamela Harper-Straub and Scott Harper; and his grandson Kyle Straub (Haydon Poole).
