He is survived by: his children, Kelly Johnson (Phillip) of Holt and Chris Dailey of Holt; his granddaughters, Sydney Johnson and Kara Johnson; and his siblings, Connie Wortman of Horton, Susan Leutz (Kirk) of Naples, Karen Spink (Ray) of Horton, Linda Doering (Keith) of Las Vegas, Michelle Bloomingdale of Horton, Mark Dailey (Angela) of Oviedo and Kevin Dailey of Horton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
